Two-Year Warranty

Every Summers & Gregson timepiece is backed by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your watch develops a manufacturing defect within that period, we'll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

What's Covered

• Movement defects (quartz timing issues, chronograph malfunction)
• Crystal damage from normal use (sapphire crystal cracks not caused by impact)
• Case or bracelet structural failure
• Crown or pusher malfunction
• Water intrusion within rated depth (5ATM)

What's Not Covered

• Damage from impact, drops, or abuse
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, patina)
• Battery replacement (see below — it's free, forever)
• Damage from unauthorized repair attempts

Free Battery Replacement — For Life

Even after your warranty expires, we'll replace your watch battery for free for as long as you own it. Just send the watch to us and we'll replace the battery and return it — no charge.

How to File a Claim

Email summersgregson@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll send you instructions for sending the watch in.
